The Olympus GF-UCT240-AL5 is engineered to deliver reliable performance in advanced endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) procedures. Its ergonomic design includes a slim 12.6 mm insertion tube and a 3.7 mm working channel, allowing smooth passage of biopsy forceps, aspiration needles, and other EUS-guided accessories. With a 55° oblique viewing direction, 100° field of view, and a depth of field ranging from 3 to 100 mm, practitioners receive clear visualization essential for both observation and therapeutic intervention.

Equipped with a linear convex scanning transducer, the GF-UCT240-AL5 supports multiple frequencies—5, 6, 7.5, and 10 MHz—enabling high-quality imaging at varying depths. It offers multiple ultrasound modes, including B-mode, M-mode, Colour Doppler, and Power Doppler, ensuring precise evaluation of tissue structures and vascular flow. Its wide angulation range (130° up, 90° down, 90° left/right) enhances navigation and access during complex EUS procedures.

Clinically, the GF-UCT240-AL5 is widely used for detecting submucosal lesions, assessing gastrointestinal wall layers, and performing EUS-guided fine-needle aspiration (FNA). It integrates seamlessly with Olympus imaging systems such as the CV-260, CV-240, EU-ME1, and EU-ME2 ultrasound processors, making it a versatile and dependable solution for gastroenterology specialists.
